The Bernard van Leer Foundation (BVL), a long standing early childhood non Government Organisation (NGO) situated in Belgium has partnered with Asia- Pacific Regional Network for Early Childhood (ARNEC) to disseminate the 2021 issue of the BvL journal Early Childhood Matters in order to encourage early childhood communities worldwide to discuss and act in the most serious climate change issues impacting on young children - now and in the future.
